Surfers Paradise Beach runs directly in front of the precinct. The Esplanade follows the beachfront and gives pedestrians straightforward access between the sand, foreshore and central blocks.
Cavill Avenue + central area
Cavill Avenue is the main pedestrian and visitor corridor, running from the Esplanade toward Surfers Paradise Boulevard. The surrounding streets form the compact centre of the precinct, where retail, casual dining and entertainment sit closest together.
